What The Site Needs

Tech and corporate floors around Macquarie Park run long days, so cleaning has to happen after hours without touching desks that are still set up for the morning. Kitchens and end-of-trip facilities carry the most complaints when they are skipped.

How We Run It

A dedicated after-hours crew works a room-by-room checklist agreed at quoting. Colour-coded microfibre is separated by zone to stop cross-contamination between amenities and desk areas, and carpet and glass are scheduled as dated periodicals rather than left to ad hoc requests.

What You Get

You get a written scope listing every task and its frequency, a signed visit log, the same supervised crew each night, and a named contact who answers the phone. Anything on the scope that is missed is rectified on the next visit at no charge.

What The Site Needs

Warehouse work has to fit around pick-and-pack or dispatch hours, and forklift zones bring safety rules that a general cleaner will not be inducted for. Amenities and lunchrooms are the areas staff notice first.

How We Run It

We split the shift so floors are machine-swept while the racking aisles are clear, and amenities are done daily. Crews are inducted to your traffic-management plan before they start, and Safe Work Method Statements are lodged with your site manager.

What You Get

You get inducted, police-checked cleaners, SWMS on file, a documented sweep and amenities schedule, and photographs of completed periodical work on request. Hardstand and dock-apron washing is quoted separately as a scheduled extra.

How We Run It

Zone-specific colour-coded equipment separates waiting areas from clinical rooms. Hospital-grade TGA-listed product is used on all clinical surfaces at the stated dwell time, and an end-of-day sign-off checklist is completed and dated at every visit.

What You Get

You get a written infection-control protocol for your rooms, dated sign-off sheets you can hand to an assessor, product safety data sheets on file, and staff who have been briefed on your clinical zoning before their first shift.
